Charles Walker raises his concerns that the promised two PCTs for Hertfordshire are in fact one.

Mr. Charles Walker (Broxbourne) (Con): I share many of the hon. Gentleman's concerns. The Minister came to the House on 16 May and we were told with a great fanfare that we were going to get two PCTs in Hertfordshire. We were very pleased to hear that news, because that was what we had lobbied for. Three weeks later, we received a letter from the chief executive of the strategic health authority saying, "Ah, you're getting two PCTs, but with one chief executive and one management team.
